    • PMC provides engineering solutions in the field of pipeline intervention across the complete range of materials and pressures used in Gas Transmission and Distribution. Our highly trained engineers and technicians provide specialist pipeline intervention and fabrication solutions. We have the experience, expertise and equipment to work across a complete range of materials from steel to polyethylene, on pressure systems from 21mBar to 100 Bar, Transmission and Distribution pipelines and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Assets. We have national coverage in the UK via seven strategic locations, with an extensive range of specialist equipment and are committed to providing the highest quality services to our customers, in the safest way and at a competitive price.

      PMC work to the highest technical and safety standards and are proud of our record within the industry. We are passionate about our impact on the environment and we provide the highest standards in environmental management demonstrated by our accreditation to ISO 14001. We have process and procedures in place to ensure that the quality of our services are sustained at the highest level, and have our own ISO9000-2000 certification.  We have also recently achieved certification to PASS 55.

      Pipelines Maintenance Centre (PMC) is part of Asset Management, National Grid. PMC are committed to continuous improvement in Health & Safety. All policies are underpinned by Health & Safety Executive legislation and guidelines and National Grid's own policies and procedures. PMC's enduring aim is to ensure that hazards and risks to all operatives, customers and the public are minimised and are managed in a safe and efficient manner. To maintain high standards in Health & Safety, PMC conducts regular self and independent audits of operations to ensure that staff competency and equipment is maintained to the highest level.
