As a responsible land owner we have embarked on a long-term programme of brownfield regeneration. This enables us to provide our sites with a brighter future by realising their development potential for new uses ranging from residential developments, to office and retail space.
Since 2000, we have worked with responsible developers to bring over 1,800 acres of former industrial land back to beneficial use - the equivalent of 1,000 football pitches and a track record of which we are very proud. ranging from new residential developments to new office space.
We prioritise our circa 350 sites by environmental condition, and development potential based on their geography, size and local context.
Our team comprises land regeneration specialists and strategic sales and development managers. This breadth of expertise allows us to identify appropriate and commercially viable uses and develop long-term regeneration strategies, matching the expectations of local communities and commercial stakeholders.
We are committed to being a good neighbour and our dedicated community relations team work with local residents, business and community groups to ensure any disruption is minimised while we are working on-site, and to keep everyone informed.

Real Estate Services
BNP Paribas Real Estate manage all lettings, site inspections, facilities and maintenance on our behalf. In addition, BNP Paribas Real Estate also manage most of our site sales.
Sites which are ready for development or letting are marketed as part of a rolling sales programme.
