This is achieved by proactively maintaining up-to-date compliance routines and processes, and engaging our people to embed a world class safety ethos. How we do itOptimisation of our buildings by providing safe, reliable, sustainable and productive work environments for our colleagues is all in a days work for us. Early engagement with our customers, and collaboration across the supply chain means we consistently deliver the most efficient and effective solutions that the business needs.Delivering for the future…We understand that the working environment greatly impacts the effectiveness and productivity of our people, that’s why by working alongside our colleagues, we designed our Smart WorkSpace (SWS) model. This is a workspace sharing model that has not only changed our environment, but how we work. It allows a more mobile work environment and greater flexibility for our people.
The designs help our colleagues to feel comfortable in the offices and buildings they work in, at the same time reducing the impacts of our operations on the environment. This model now forms our standard office environment, and is a key component of our occupied estate strategy that is helping to rationalise the overall corporate estate.Visit our locations pages.
