    • Brendon’s career with National Grid started in Hinckley at the end of a sentence served in HMP Hewell, Redditch. Four promotions later he became a Customer Interface Officer.

Quickly integrating into the local management team he is involved with all aspects of customer engagement, introducing new strategies and developing relationships with the contract partner. Having made a strong start to this latest role and with a mentor helping to further develop his leadership skills and his willingness to learn he is destined for further responsibility.

Colin joined National Grid having completed his GNO level 1 training during the latter months of his sentence in Glen Parva Young Offenders Institution in Leicester.
