We have published a
role-model book to celebrate the REMARKABLE women in National Grid, and to
encourage more women into engineering and energy careers.
Real-life stories help
us see potential career paths that we may have not previously considered.
The book has been
created by National Grid’s UK women’s network, Women in National Grid (WiNG),
to celebrate gender diversity in engineering and energy industries. In
particular, helping to show that personal circumstance is not a barrier to a
successful and rewarding career.
We are sharing this
internally and externally and would like to hear what you think of the book,
and how you may use it to support gender diversity discussions in your area.
