As Senior Vice President of Gas Engineering and Process, Ross is responsible for all delivery, maintenance and operate processes for US Gas Distribution and Transmission ensuring safe, reliable and efficient service to NG US gas customers.
He also has functional responsibility for Gas Engineering and Asset Management, Customer Meter Services, LNG Operations, Gas Complex Construction & Resource Management, Pipeline Safety and Compliance and Transgas (LNG Trucking).
Ross has over 30 years’ experience in engineering, asset management, construction, project management, gas utility operations, supply chain and procurement.
Ross is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds a B.S Civil Engineering. Additionally, Ross was awarded a Master’s in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University. He started his career as a Combat Engineer Officer for the United States Army Corp of Engineers. Ross then worked for Brown and Root Services Corporation doing major petrochemical and government construction projects.
Ross started his career at National Grid in 1993 as a Gas Operations and Construction Field Supervisor. During his tenure at National Grid he has held positions of increasing responsibility including Director Gas Construction, Director Gas Investment Planning and Resource Management, Vice President of US Procurement, Vice President of Gas Engineering and Acting Senior Vice President of US Network Strategies (Electric & Gas).
Ross lives in Merrick NY with his wife, daughter and son.

As Chair of Electricity Transmission Owner, David is responsible for running the electricity transmission network for England & Wales, delivering safe, reliable and efficient electricity supplies. He oversees the investment and maintenance programme, delivering the highest level of network reliability in Europe.
David joined National Grid in 1992 where he started as an electrical engineer. He has occupied management positions on both gas and electricity networks in the UK, managed National Grid’s electricity transmission network in the USA, led the gas transmission field force as well as teams in both the gas and electricity control centres.
Prior to joining National Grid David worked for VSEL (now BAE) the only submarine builder in the UK, designing electrical generation and distribution systems for warships.
David is a Fellow of the IET, Vice-Chair of CIGRÉ UK, duel accredited Chartered Engineer with both IET and IGEM and a member of the Institute of Asset Management.
David lives in Northamptonshire and has two teenage daughters and is passionate about rugby having played for a number of years and was born in Wales.
